With more than two decades of product, marketing, and management experience, Jeff Herrmann has developed a sharp eye for what works and does not work in the marketing and communication sectors. He understands how businesses get bloated with inefficiencies and miscommunication - and how they can retool for a sleeker, more strategically focused operation.
As an engineer and marketer in the semiconductor equipment business, Jeff published many technical papers, generated copy for press releases, developed product brochures, videos, ad-copy, and web sites. He has travel extensively throughout Europe and Asia, and personally sold well over $200 million in equipment and services.
Jeff has been actively involved with computer technology throughout his professional life. He has worked with most operating systems and has a strong software and database background. He has assisted in implementations of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications.
Jeff has developed several training programs that have achieved outstanding results. He has given these workshops repeatedly and continues to refine and improve his material.
As an entrepreneur he is quickly building a consulting business. His clients are small business, having fewer than 100 employees and up to $10 million in annual revenue.
He also works with the individual in areas of resume and cover letter generation, and job searching techniques.
Jeff is an active member of BNI the worlds largest business networking organization.
Cynthia Herrmann has over ten years experience as a professional writer, and holds a B.A. in English from California State University East Bay. Her most recent focus has been in the technical writing field, specifically, designing and writing Computer Based Training and Online Help for computer applications.
She is also experienced at copywriting, designing flyers, brochures, and newsletters. Cynthia has an extensive software background and continues to take Technical Communications classes through the UC system; these classes ensure that she is current with industry standards.
